Looking after parents, together

Caring for parents from far away is quiet, constant, mostly invisible work. Kavach does it with you.

Saheli is the helper who messages your parent every morning in their own language — and tells you what she heard, by your evening. Medha and Vish set her up with your family, by hand.

We'll reach out within 48 hours — usually the same day.

What Saheli does for your family

Quiet, day-to-day work — done with you.

Daily check-ins, in their language

Saheli messages your parent every morning on WhatsApp — mood, anything pressing, how the night went. You see the gist by your evening.

HERE TODAY

One thread across time zones

Brothers, sisters, kids — everyone linked sees the same picture. Saheli posts; the family decides together. No more parallel WhatsApp threads.

What happens after you apply

A small, steady first month.

This week

Medha or Vish reaches out within 48 hours — usually the same day. We listen, we answer questions, and we cover what membership looks like — including pricing.

First week

If we are a fit for each other, we set Saheli up with your parent. One warm message on WhatsApp, in their language. We stay close while it happens.

From there

Daily check-ins begin. You see the gist by your evening. Medha or Vish are a message away as your family settles into the rhythm.

Who is building this

Two of us. Both primary caregivers.

Medha cared for her father. Vish cares for his mother, today. Kavach is what those years made clear had to exist — built first for our own families, then for the families we onboard alongside us.

Medha and Vish. Both in Bengaluru. We onboard each family ourselves right now — and that is the point. We want to know who we're holding things for.

Honestly

We are small on purpose.

Kavach is the two of us and a short list of families. When you apply, you talk to Medha or Vish — not a queue. It's the only way we know how to start something this important.

When you join, your parent's data — every message, every reminder — will live in Mumbai, on infrastructure built for the DPDP Act. We'll walk you through every consent before a single message goes out. You can ask us to delete everything, any time.

Kavach sits alongside the real care your family already has — your parent's doctor, their neighbours, your siblings. We don't replace any of them.

When you're ready, we're here.

We listen, we explain, you decide. We'll reach out within 48 hours.
