Safety
What Kavach is not.
Kavach sits alongside the real care your family already has. It does not replace any of it. To be clear about where Kavach ends and human medical care begins:
- Not a medical-alert service. Saheli is not a panic button. If your parent is in a medical emergency, call your local emergency services first.
- Not an emergency dispatcher. We do not auto-call ambulances. We do not call doctors on your family's behalf without explicit confirmation.
- Not a replacement for clinical care. Saheli does not diagnose, prescribe, or make medical decisions. Every medication and dosage stays exactly as your parent's doctor has prescribed it.
- Approval before action. No payment is sent, no medication is changed, and no third party is contacted without an explicit tap from a caregiver.
If you ever have a safety concern about how Saheli is behaving for your family, write to us at medha@kavach.care and we'll pause Saheli for your family while we look into it.
