For families

You bring the love. We carry the vigilance.

This page is for the one holding it all — the schedules, the histories, the worry. Here is exactly what Kavach gives you, how it starts, and the honest answers to the questions families actually ask.

What you see

The answer to “are they okay?”.

The snapshot

“Are they okay right now?” answered whenever you reach for it — mood, morning check-in, anything pressing — without staging a phone call around time zones.

The record

Doses, symptoms, vitals, pain, sleep — reported day by day, kept longitudinally. The drift a weekly call can’t catch, visible.

The Doctor Brief

Before every consultation, the record distilled to one page their doctor can act on. Reported, not interpreted.

One thread, whole family

Siblings across time zones see the same picture and decide together. No more parallel WhatsApp threads reconstructing what happened.

How it starts

Set up once, with us.

Within 48 hours

We reach out — usually the same day. A real conversation with the founders: your family, their routine, what worries you. We answer everything, including pricing.

The setup, ~30 minutes

If we’re a fit for each other, we set Kavach up with you. We walk your parent through what it is and every consent, in their language — nothing starts until they agree.

The first message

One warm hello, on the phone already in their hand. No app installed, nothing to learn. We stay close while they settle into the rhythm.

From there

Daily conversations begin. You see the gist by your evening; the record builds quietly underneath. We’re a message away, always.

Honestly

Where we are today.

Running now, with our first families: the daily conversations in their language, the family thread, and the record building underneath. Being built alongside them: pharmacy refills, bill payments with your approval, and the full Doctor Brief workflow.

We tell you exactly which is which before you join. We're a small team on purpose — you talk to the founders, not a queue — and we'd rather under-promise to a family than over-promise to a market.

Pricing

One membership. No packages.

A single monthly membership per parent — the conversations, the record, the family thread, the brief. No service menus, no add-ons, no surprises on the bill. Coordination that involves real money (a pharmacy order, a bill) is always at cost, and you approve every rupee before it moves.

We cover the exact number in the first conversation, before you commit to anything — and it will never be a number you have to negotiate.

The real questions

Asked by every family. Answered straight.

What if they refuse it?

Then it doesn’t happen — genuinely. Kavach only works with their consent, and we walk them through what it is in their own language before anything begins. What we’ve found: because it arrives as a conversation on the phone already in their hand — not a gadget, not an app their children installed on them — most parents treat it like a new person to talk to, not a system to resist. If they say no, we’ll tell you honestly rather than work around them.

What languages does it speak?

Theirs, not just “supported languages.” We currently onboard families in Hindi, Kannada and English, and we add languages as we onboard families who need them — carefully, with native review, because a check-in that sounds machine-translated isn’t care.

What happens at 2am?

Kavach is not an emergency service, and we will never pretend to be one. What it does: escalation is tiered — if something they say is genuinely wrong, the family is alerted immediately, day or night, with what was said and when. Emergency response stays with the people built for it: the neighbours, your family’s plan, 108. We help you set that chain up so 2am has an answer that isn’t “hope someone picks up.”

Who sees their data?

Your family, and the people your family explicitly chooses — their doctor, a sibling. Not us beyond what operating the service requires, not advertisers, not ever for sale. It lives in Mumbai on infrastructure built for the DPDP Act, they consent to every category of it before we begin, and you can ask us to delete everything, any time.

When you're ready, we're here.
